High Lake Media Services
This service provides interior and exterior coverage of a single family home. For the exterior, elevated shots up to 16’ above ground level are included at our discretion, weather dependent. For the interior, we combine multiple exposures to produce a high-end look that is natural and inviting. To suit a variety of needs and budgets, agents may order as few as 12 photos (18 for larger homes) or as many as 48. We also offer photography for vacant lots, perfect for showing land to investors.

This service provides interior and exterior video coverage of a property, utilizing professional video recording equipment mounted on a handheld stabilizer. Drone footage may be added. Video footage is edited and set to music to show the property in a beautiful, inviting presentation. Branded and unbranded versions are provided.

This service provides daytime exterior photography a single family home or a vacant lot, taken with a drone operated by a Part 107 certified and fully insured remote pilot. This service generates approximately 8-10 finished images.

This service provides twilight exterior photography of a single family home, taken from ground level and/or up to 16 ft. above ground. This service generates approximately 3-6 finished images, based on the features of the property.
